key qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising 20 to 30 employees in a large or multi-location call center or similar dynamic work environment
• Fluent English is preferred
• Experience in leading a team
• Have an awareness of various contact center management tools, processes, procedures and performance metrics and can innovate and improve when required
• Proven influence and ability to work with key business partners
• Ability to prioritize the need to mentor employees and have extensive experience assisting employees in their development to achieve optimal results
• Ability to develop a coaching plan based on observations and key performance trends
• Lead by example, set quality work standards, consistently meet and exceed performance goals
• Possess good and effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to adapt messages to the audience

As AIML Annotation Team Lead, you will be responsible for the daily work of leading the team and promoting the development of 25 to 30 Annotation Analysts in the team. You are proactive, approachable and enjoy supporting team development through critical and creative thinking. You will identify, promote and implement innovative ideas to meet and exceed the performance and quality goals set by the leadership team. You'll actively build relationships and work to understand what drives your people so you can help them succeed. You will monitor performance management efforts to ensure daily, monthly and quarterly operational targets are met. You will effectively perform management and administrative tasks such as chairing staff meetings, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, recruiting, training, and improving employee performance. You will work to improve operational performance, drive teamwork and suggest innovative solutions to various business challenges. You'll establish clear, effective working relationships and lines of communication with internal partners. Education background and work experience
