Description

In this role, you'll be working to define and implement the architecture of Apple's groundbreaking search technology across our entire range of products. You'll work closely with multiple teams across the organization, integrating innovative machine learning algorithms to power products including Siri and Spotlight. Successful candidates should be passionate about software architecture, system design, as well as the overall user experience and can make informed tradeoffs and optimizations to deliver great mobile experiences.

Education & Experience

BS in Computer Science or equivalent proven experience, Master is preferred

Additional Requirements

• • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and infrastructure, personalization and recommendations is a plus
• • Knowledge and experience in search and indexing technologies is a plus

Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
