Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally working on an end-user product. Working capability with one or more programming languages, such as Swift, C++, Objective C, Java, etc.
• Proven strong product mindset, with focus on building the best experience for the end-user
• Proven track record of architecting performant scalable software, ideally both client and server side
• Demonstrated ownership of large cross-functional and multi-team projects
• Proven technical leadership, education, and team mentorship
• Solid fundamentals in OO design, patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with machine learning and data science is a plus

Description

The Siri Conversation Intelligence (SCI) team is seeking an experienced Software Engineer. We work on understanding the user in the context of the conversation, personalizing Siri’s response to the user and engage the user to educate them about what Siri can do. We are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer with a proven record to contribute to and influence the development of Siri's next generation as the multi-modal virtual assistant on Apple's latest and most innovative devices Would you like to make an impact on this scale? Education & Experience

BS/MS in compter science or equivalent

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $161,700 and $284,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
