Marketing Technology & Operations organization is at the core of GDC’s state-of-the-art marketing technology, ensuring continuous flow of leads along nurture streams and further to sales, their progressive profiling, as well as application of smart algorithms to rationalize and optimize all these processes for better business outcomes.

Signal Flow AI team plays a key role in GDC’s marketing platform operations, identifying opportunities, facilitating development and deployment of AI models to enhance all GDC’s revenue engines. It has a direct impact in billions of incremental revenue. The key connected sales & marketing workstreams currently optimized by the Signal Flow AI team are Lead Prioritization and Account Prioritization for sales. As a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Signal Flow AI team, you’ll work in one of the hottest areas of current technology landscape – Applied Artificial Intelligence. In this role you’ll be directly responsible for ongoing operations across marketing and sales systems to ensure smooth and timely delivery of AI-driven recommendations to 2800+ sellers. You’ll manage a complex orchestration process across Marketing, Sales and Engineering teams, gathering business requirement and ensuring timely deployment of the models by engineering teams, handling escalations & troubleshooting issues, making corrections and adjustments to the existing models as required, managing the roll-out timelines across multiple functional teams and business stakeholders. You will analyze and deliver actionable insights on current models’ performance in production to business stakeholders so they could improve their business, increasing volume and quality of the recommendations.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • Advanced data visualization skills
  • Experience in connected marketing & sales automation
  • Python knowledge
  • Azure Machine Learning Service, ADO, Azure Synapse

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.

Responsibilities

Be a product owner for AI models that deliver account-based marketing (ABM) recommendations to the sellers. Gather and rationalize model requirements from business stakeholders, develop and maintain a workback schedule, work with multiple external downstream and upstream engineering teams, and with internal Data Science team, to make sure that models are deployed on time.

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of AI-driven recommendations to all targeted sales channels and seller roles.
  • Orchestrate AI-driven recommendations production process across Marketing, Sales, Data Science and Engineering teams, maintain its transparency and keep everyone up to date on its timelines, current issues, their resolution and other important updates.
  • Manage escalations, bug fixes and other requested updates to existing models in production, clarify business requirements, drive technical work with the involved teams to completion.
  • In partnership with Analytics teams, evaluate models’ and the resulting ABM recommendation performance in production (volume & quality and their drivers), deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders to help continuous improvements of the ABM program.
  • Manage a team of 3-5 contractors supporting this scope.
