Job Description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Electrification business. You will support implementation, developing and maintenance of Region statistics (costs, sales, NPV,orders..) through big data tools like PowerBI.

Your responsibilities

• Construct and fit statistical, machine learning or optimization models and develop appropriate advanced statistical.
• Design database system. Ensure high quality analysis and extracts data from sales/financial tools to support KPI tracking.
• Assist in the development of statistical analysis tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions.
• Support Regional teams in best use of tracking system and monitors ongoing data quality.
• Suggest improvements concerning statistics creation and maintenance.
• Document, review and update all documents on tools and database set up.
• Support sales with statistics and scorecard tracking.
• Provide computing expertise to the organization.
• Work with the team on new development dashboards.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematical engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in data management and structures. Dynamic individual with excellent attention to detail. Ability to popularize information.
• Costs, profitability KPI knowledge (preferred).
• Great knowledge of Excel, Power Query and PowerBI.
• Language - Italian and English (Essential).
• Capacity to work in team.
• Problem-solving, goal oriented, precision in following procedures and good interpersonal attitude.
