Job Description

As Product Analytics Senior Manager, you will lead a team of high performing analysts to enable data driven decision making around maximizing product usage and improving customer experience. You are a hands-on leader that will manage a team of analysts. As an Analytics Manager, you are responsible for prioritizing analytics efforts. Your key stakeholders will be product managers as you enable them to make data driven decisions about the business. You will build dashboards for product teams with relevant KPIs to monitor product usage. Using this data, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations based on quantitative research into product usage, user segmentation, and channel data.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the Product Analytics Lead by interacting with the Lingo Product managers (across the Lingo Mobile App) and responsible for guiding product managers based on how features are performing using data
  • The primary liaison between the Lingo App product managers and the analytics team responsible for understanding needs and translating into analytics requirements
  • Manage a lean team of highly skilled analysts towards accomplishing area goals and business needs.
  • Hands on data analysis to support decisioning making using SQL, Python, and other dashboarding and analytical tools
  • Hands on coaching and review of analysis performed by team
  • Refine and publish reports on a routine basis for tracking; monitoring trends and performance and where appropriate standardize globally.
  • Source appropriate data to create reports from requests needed to address specific business related questions or issues on an “ad hoc” basis.
  • Design and build Power BI dashboards and other tools to support product managers
  • Investigate untapped data sources and potential new areas for analytics.
  • Set strategy and future direction for Lingo Product Analytics
  • Collaborate with technology leaders, business partners and peer groups regarding long and short-range analytics goals and strategy.
  • Formulate analytical strategies for solving business problems and creating business opportunities.
  • Anticipate and prioritize emerging analytics trends.
  • Recommend and drive innovative solutions, which anticipates the future direction of the business, its drivers and solution strategy.
  • Collaborate with technology leaders, business partners and peer groups regarding long and short-range analytics goals and strategy.
  • Present outcome within division and with senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field
  • Minimum 8-9 years of analytical experience work in data analysis using SQL and Python is required
  • Exceptional business intelligence / dashboarding tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Experience supporting product analytics for a mobile app
  • A/B testing experience
  • Experience using syndicated, medical claims or longitudinal patient-level data required along with an understanding of advance analytic techniques used in marking mix modeling, segmentation analysis, physician and patient targeting and sales force alignment.
  • Must exhibit proficiency in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity, data analysis, leadership, strategic thinking and communication.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar product analytics suites
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics

The base pay for this position is $135,700.00 – $271,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
