The Machine Learning Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions. As part of our innovation-driven environment, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to translate business objectives into real-world applications, tackling challenging problems through advanced machine learning techniques. You’ll be hands-on in building and optimizing production-ready solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure and delivering tangible value with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, develop and optimize machine learning models to solve complex problems.

• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to define data requirements, clean and prepare data for training, evaluate model performance, and integrate models into scalable, production-ready systems.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends, informing the development of robust algorithms.

• Build and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training and deployment.

• Monitor and track model performance in production, identify and address issues, and iterate on models for continuous improvement.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning research and implement relevant technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex machine learning concepts and the impact of your work.

• Perform rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure reliability and accuracy in diverse real-world scenarios.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelors Degree (± 16 years) Computer Science, Data Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Master's Degree (± 18 years) Preferred
• Relevant experience including 3+ years as a machine learning engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.) and familiarity with additional languages like Java or C++.
• Strong understanding of core machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
• Experience with data cleaning, wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Commitment to staying up to date on industry trends and technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.

The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 – $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
