The position
The position will be filled in the Structural Heart division - Abbott Medical GmbH. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by developing and providing device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.
The role is responsible for the operational aspects of product management, such as market analysis and merging of relevant market and automated data as well as customer insight development. In addition, the focus is on organizing customer events, communication campaigns and organizing segment-specific activities in coordination with the senior product manager.
Your tasks:
- Localization and extension of communication components
- Differentiation & commercial activities
- Market launch & implementation (product & clinical data)
- Market observation
- Trend analysis & segment analysis
- Value proposition - Localization
- Campaign definition and target analysis
- Campaign tracking (KPIs)
- Creation and coordination of communication and campaign planning and schedules in accordance with EMEA guidelines that are consistent with digital marketing
- Rolling out brand campaigns and training the sales team
- Franchise targeted congress appearances (national) and customer events
- KOL-Engagement
- Rising Star development
- Training and development of materials/communication materials, as well as object handling
- Cooperation with stakeholders from the areas of finance, sales, education, clinic, HEMA, management
- Quarterly analysis of franchise market models from sales input to market validation (marketing and Inek data) and establishing coherence with business planning and forecasting
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights together with product managers and business unit managers
- Development and maintenance of databases and data systems required for projects and departmental functions
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals
- Identification of project-related risks and responsibility for project results
your qualifications
- Bachelor in Business, Data Science or comparable degrees or comparable qualification
- Experience in product management at the national or regional level
- Business analytics experience required as well as a strong system/IT affinity
- Strong understanding of short and long-term business dynamics in a commercial context
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed approx. 30-40%
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
