Job Description

This is a Data Science & AI Specialist (Signal Processing) role at global grade 13/14, reporting to Head of Solution & Value Engineering in Process Automation Business Area, based out of Bangalore India. You will be primarily responsible for Support strategic corporate technology direction by focusing on solving industrial problems through reliable research work.

Your responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and developing prescriptive analytic algorithms for rotating machinery and industrial structures based on vibration / acoustic / current signature data.
• Conceptualizing and developing asset monitoring diagnostic and prognostic algorithms for industrial equipment based on advanced signal processing techniques.
• Providing Solutionized analytic algorithms and their output visualizations by packaging them as industrial business value apps.
• Working closely with customers and Business Units (BUs) to architect and develop customer centric solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Practicing agile development of digital solution ‘Proof of Concepts’ to effectively articulate the Customer Value Proposition.
• Providing industry specific domain insights for rich proposal responses by articulating customer value proposition.

Your background

• hd / M.E / M. Tech, Computer Science in engineering domain.
• Required with 2 – 5 years experience working in Python (preferred), R, Matlab®, .NET, LabView, C and C++.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow is not necessary but good to have.
• Experience in Agile development of customer centric prototypes / ‘Proof of Concepts’ for focused digital solutions.
