Data Scientist (all genders)

Here you get things moving:

  • Statistical analysis of causal relationships of our sales and marketing activities
  • Development of machine learning models to optimize our resource allocation (ROI)
  • Analysis and clustering of customer groups and development of recommendation algorithms
  • Development of predictive models to predict market dynamics
  • Development of NLP models for evaluating large amounts of text from market research data

Here's how you make the difference:

  • University degree in business informatics, mathematics, physics or a comparable degree
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on data science experience, ideally in a sales and marketing organization
  • Experience working with prescription data and sales activity data in the pharmaceutical sector desirable
  • Experience in the independent management of data science projects, ideally in agile projects
  • Sound statistical knowledge and experience in the practical application of statistical methods
  • Experience in the independent development and application of machine learning models
  • Experience in time series analysis and forecasting techniques
  • Confident use of Python including relevant packages such as pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels and scipy
  • Very good communication skills in German and English, including the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
