The Adobe Experience Cloud Product Organization is looking for a diversely experienced person to fill the role of a Business Process Analyst with an excellent balance of people, organization, compliance, and technical skills. This is a new role within the Digital Experience (DX) Service Lifecycle (SLC) group whose main responsibilities will be to refine and create new processes for Adobe’s contractual commitments as well as look across the landscape of data governance and data privacy regulations to ensure our products are strategically setup for success in the future.

This role is unique to the Adobe DX organization and DX SLC team and will require that the person fulfilling it is well versed in delivering high quality applications, services, and processes. The right candidate will have proven strong leadership skills in leading teams and projects/programs to deliver successful outcomes. We are seeking someone who is passionate about getting things done accurately, quickly and efficiently.

This person will be a critical part of the Experience Cloud organization working with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Security and Field organizations within DX. The candidate will perform in a diverse environment and feel empowered to make proactive decisions to work towards the best outcome. They will also be expected to use DX Service Lifecycle standard processes for initiating, planning, and implementing critical projects/programs.

What you'll Do

  • Implement the DX SLC Framework for the planning and execution of projects while considering cross-functional business requirements and processes across Adobe’s organization
  • Ensure team members and leads are involved and orchestrated correctly to facilitate timely and efficient execution. Must coordinate with departmental and/or cross-functional teams with an eye on dependencies, working with leaders at various levels of the organization and individual contributors to handle the planning, development, implementation and GTM Strategy for marketing and customer facing teams
  • Create a tool to track and maintain all “special” customer commitments for DX initially, with the possibility of expanding to all of Adobe
  • Create a new process and workflow to inform product teams and maintain data restrictions were applicable
  • Create a model or system to tag restricted data in all applicable systems and workflows
  • Create oversight and an alerting mechanism to make sure all data restriction requests are being followed per security and company compliance rules
  • Consistently identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and remove constraints where needed to maintain standard processes. Raise issues and risks appropriately to leadership and create mitigation plans
  • Provide executive summary communications to disseminate program rollup, status and risk plus mitigation plans
  • Gather feedback from teams and contribute to process evolution and scale.
  • Efficiently adapt to change (it happens!)

What you need to succeed

  • BS minimum in business, product development, program management, compliance and or legal
  • Validated experience in compliance, legal and or program management
  • Experience with reading and understanding contracts and legal regulations and collaborating with other teams on the implementation and operation of contracts
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (agile and waterfall) and real-life application
  • Strong program / project management skills, superb organizational skills, and actions-focused mentality
  • Shown ability to lead cross-functional working groups that span both technical and non-technical teams
  • Exceptional team building and team leadership skills
  • Ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity with diverse team members
  • Liaison for cross-functional product development and deployment process, exercising influence, and understanding customer needs
  • Ability to understand data and data flows: how it is ingested, tagged, or labeled, access, integration with other data, and deletion, preferably with some experience related to regulated industries data (e.g., financial services, healthcare, public sector)
  • Some understanding of data analytics and AI, knowledge of the key types of AI and their data and modeling requirements, understand how machine learning works
  • Responsible for ensuring and measuring the ongoing use and value of data on a regular cadence, for internal or external users
  • Critical thinking skills that allow you to assess opportunities for process improvements
  • Confirmed ability to understand and articulate complex technologies and applying such understanding to resolve complex problems
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Motivated, execution-oriented, and impactful, with strong process and metrics focus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $104,000 -- $226,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
