We have a fantastic opportunity for a Machine Learning Developer to join our ML team based in Bucharest, Romania.

What you'll Do

• Transform requirements into architectural and feature specs
• Drive one or more features
• Develop high-performance, reliable, testable and maintainable code
• Identify internal/outside technologies and when/how to use them
• Grow with the support of your team, and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you
• Work well both independently and collaboratively within a fast paced development team
• Demonstrate features, propose and review technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML components into existing software systems and ensure seamless functionality and performance
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, revie code, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and AI/ML engineering.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI/ML systems, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for scalability and efficiency improvements.

What you need to succeed

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience or equivalent knowledge
• Strong skills and development experience with C++, Java or Javascript
• Very good knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques, with practical experience in developing and deploying ML models.
• Familiarity with recommendation models.
• Background with the latest development of transformer models (GPT, BERT, BART, ROBERTA) is a plus
• Experience with machine learning frameworks(Pytorch, TensorFlow or Jax) is a plus
• Results-oriented, with ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments.
• Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking
