  • Calibrate and operate at various altitudes: able to present and influence at the C/Senior-level stakeholders, while also being able to immerse into the details to unblock teams during planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and business partners to execute Adobe’s strategies.
  • Implement best-practices, working without constraints on the benefit the Technical Program Management role brings to Adobe.

  • Participate with management teams in crafting materials and models used for quarterly and annual recasting of initiatives and priorities.
  • Create material(s) that can be consumed at various levels of the organization– from executive-level presentations, to execution focused materials to be consumed by project/program teams.
  • Be relentless on focus and prioritization; ensuring ALL team members have clear line of sight on the “must nails”, and align all program elements to ensure success.

What you need to succeed:

  • BS in Computer Science or related technical field or experience; with an understanding the what, why, and how the machinery works
  • Track-record having delivered in a SaaS-based business, with skills and relevant experience building/delivering on an application platform (vs. “1-time/1-and-done” project delivery).
