This is an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Data & Analytics Product Management team as we continue to propel the business through near real time influential data and insights. This individual will lead a wide range of activities in support of business decisions and management reporting. You will partner closely with senior level business and technology leaders to work through all aspects of data product and reporting. In this role, you will develop and streamline consistent processes.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or equivalent) or at least 3 years of related work experience
• Prioritize and respond to input from multiple sources and use analytical abilities to evaluate alternatives to make compelling recommendations.
• Great presentation skills. You'll be sharing the product roadmap and strategy in front of large internal and external audiences; and need to distill complex issues into clear recommendations.
• Work within the framework of the Project Management standards to deliver business needs quickly.
• Prior understanding of SAP Quote to Contract and Order to Billing processes; Experience with other corporate business operations and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets using SQL and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Perform regular ad-hoc data querying and analysis to better understand revenue, bookings, billings, compliance, spend, and employee related insights.
• Provide insight and data thought leadership internally to Adobe Executive Management, Business Operations (Finance, Compliance, Legal, Employee experience and other corporate business teams)
• Partner with various multi-functional to understand business requirements through our Data Driven Operating Model, provide in-depth data analytics support and share associated business insights
• Self-starter, independent, proactive, results-oriented, hard worker, a high degree of motivations to go above and beyond the task at hand, and a sense of humor.
• Phenomenal communication and social skills, with the ability to optimally navigate, mediate and cultivate partnership and consensus.
• Great interpersonal communication. You'll be interacting with senior leadership to program management, engineering, and client teams, and providing briefings and roadmap updates to influence customers
• Self-motivated and proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to make sequencing and trade-off decisions in partnership with business leadership.
