Job Description

Our team is friends with both humans and machines. We build AI-powered experiences for Document Cloud, including Liquid Mode inside the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app and the PDF Extract API. This role will focus on developing core AI and generative AI features.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with Adobe's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's development journey and milestones from conception to launch.
  • Lead and encourage cross-functional teams, including machine learning scientists, engineers, designers, and marketers, to build high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to find opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
  • Talk with customers on an ongoing basis to maintain a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Become an expert in generative AI, machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Drive decision-making by presenting concepts, insights, and key findings to executives and leaders.

What you have

  • Proven experience as a product manager in a software development environment.
  • A technical background or degree, especially related to AI.
  • A passion for innovation, and experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies.
  • Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends.
  • A drive to find problems worth solving.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
