At Adobe, we're driving our reinvention as an AI company and betting on Generative AI! Last year, we have released many Generative AI capabilities under the Firefly umbrella - features used by more than 50% Photoshop users and generating 5B+ images, while doing AI responsibly and transparently!
We're looking for an outstanding senior engineering and ML leader to drive the Firefly web application and APIs. This role works with the VP of Firefly in the CTO platform organization, and key product leaders across Adobe. You will grow and lead an engineering organization that is responsible for three main pillars:
You'll lead the integration of Generative AI into our customer experience and expand its business impact – partnering with Applied Research team and ML Training Platform teams that are training the Firefly models.
You'll lead a distributed team of experts (US, India, Romania), supervising the efficient operation of high-traffic cloud services and GPU workloads. Your role demands quick execution and scaling of existing processes.
You will turn Adobe’s generative AI vision into practical strategies, ensuring scalable AI feature integration. This involves budget management, liaising with senior leadership, and coordinating product launches and marketing with GTM teams
Your leadership will set the standard for innovation, rapid execution, and operational excellence at Adobe, attracting top industry talent to your team.
This is a one in a kind role for an AI leader who will play a vital role in Adobe’s AI advancement.
