Job Description

As a technical international product manager, you will join the International Strategy & Product Management in the Digital Media Business Unit focusing on understanding the technical requirements that impact Adobe’s international markets. You will work closely with the Firefly team (Generative AI technology), Globalization engineering and Localization teams as well as the Creative Cloud product teams to understand the technology used in our products and help to solve for international, localization and culturalisation requirements.

What you will do

  • Assist software application and service teams as they introduce new generative technologies (AI) into their feature sets
  • Author requirements and influence product teams to assure Firefly feature parity across all languages Adobe supports
  • Identify cultural differences across regions and countries, and work with development teams to address these differences assuring the highest quality customer experiences
  • Partner with Globalization Engineering and Localization to prioritize requirements for international markets to support market expansion
  • Partner with the Creative Cloud product teams to better understand cross-product technologies and their impact in international markets
  • Partner with product teams to ensure that international requirements are incorporated into their product road maps
  • Partner closely with the localization team on product language strategy and processes for efficiencies between the international teams and the product teams
  • Advocate for international Creative Cloud customers
  • Collaborate with other members of the international product management and strategy team to align with corporate, regional, and business unit goals

  • Can you take a creative and flexible approach to problem solving within multiple constraints?
  • Experience in solving technical issues for international markets
  • Ability to observe, clarify and document customer needs/requirements and clearly assess and prioritize multiple issues
  • Use your own technical computing background to assist you in understanding AI concepts, familiarizing yourself with Adobe’s AI platforms and maintaining your own body of knowledge in the AI field to help you tackle problems
  • Ability to successfully conduct discussions with product teams for topics such as bug fixes, workarounds, feature requests, with a goal to balance globalization and product team interests
  • Candidate should be self-motivated, resourceful and able to work cross-functionally - able to work across Adobe business units and champion awareness within Adobe for international products, needs and customer successes
  • Excellent written and communication skills and equally able to talk to and influence others
  • Computer Science degree or related coding skills required
  • Proficiency in a second language, other than English, is helpful

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
