You will be an innovator in the Cybersecurity division of Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS). The Cybersecurity Suite efficiently improves security and compliance while keeping costs in check. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Responsible for leading team(s) that work cross-functionally to collect data and develop models to determine trends using a variety of cybersecurity data sources. Leads a team that retrieve, analyze and summarize cybersecurity data in order to improve governance, risk and compliance posture and continuously supervise key performance indicators within customer environments. Leads a team including US and India-based members. Provides subject matter mentorship to employees as the need arises. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget. In the role of Cybersecurity Data Analysis Manager, you will be an important technical leader within Comcast Technology Solution’s exciting new cyber security business unit, which sells SaaS and subscription security solutions to the large enterprise and federal government.

Working with the Vice President of Engineering Cyber, you will be primarily responsible for developing compliance and threat hunting dashboards for DataBee, a new SaaS security, risk and compliance platform that was developed internally and used inside Comcast’s SOC, and is now being made available for use by the Fortune 500 CISO customer base. You will work in a high pace, collaborative engineering environment to deliver value for DataBee customers. You also will be influential in crafting a startup culture for the DataBee business unit, enabling and empowering your teammates to work in an agile fashion.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions with business leaders and partners to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
  • Advise on the relevancy of data and identifies alternative data sources as needed to ensure analytics requested by business partners can be completed.
  • Supervise analyzation of large, sophisticated data to resolve actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.
  • Team queries disparate data lake platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Team combines data as needed from disparate data sources to complete analysis.
  • Work with product management to identify key business drivers and insights of value to customers.
  • Review and communicate findings clearly and concisely through data visualizations to customer executives and decision makers.
  • Promote and evangelize a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, balanced skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
  • Know the latest emerging trends in analytics, statistics, and machine learning and apply them to business challenges.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as vital.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven expertise in data visualization.
  • Proven expertise in executive reporting for GRC and other cybersecurity use cases.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments.
  • Experience working with GitHub and Jira or similar technologies.
  • Experience using Tableau or PowerBI. Preferred if experienced in both.
  • Experience using Snowflake or DataBricks. Preferred if experienced in both.
  • Experience developing sophisticated, performant SQL queries from large data stores.
  • Experience developing on a SaaS product.

Relevant Work Experience: 5-7 Years

Salary: National Pay Range: $91,520.29 USD-$214,500.68 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
