JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

The Advanced Media Operations team sits within the Client Care & Services organization. Our team works with a variety of stakeholders, including Ad Tech Operations, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to monitor the performance of our supply and demand channels. The Senior Audience Addressable analyst will partner with all business partners within Effectv to support the growth and performance of our Addressable products. This is a highly visible position inside the organization.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Addressable resource within Advanced Media team – participation in all facets of product and program support, ability to clearly message to management status of program, matrix manage across teams as needed, provide clear line of sight on needs, issues,etc 
  • Manage product needs & requests on behalf of the team, delegate and manage to completion, ensure all involved Client Care & Services (CCS) parties are communicated to, trained, and ready for launch,etc 
  • Manage issue intake and support, drive resolution on any issues and delivery to key partners
  • Understand and participate in all Addressable product roadmap discussions & projects, and participate as Operations lead during new rollout, product or process enhancement, ensure all involved CCS parties are aligned
  • Act as liaison between Advanced Media and internal and external addressable partners
  • Key contact for CM andAdOps on addressable operations concerns, participate in pacing and operations calls, ability to make optimization recommendations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AFT, CCS, and wiki usage
  • Consistently review process and provide opportunities for improvement
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. 

General Skillsets:

  • Required minimum 5 years of online advertising industry experience with focus on audience
  • Required minimum 5 years of Audience platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), andLiveRamp 
  • Preferred exposure to addressable products and practices
  • Engaged, Attentive, Self-Starter, independent thinker, cultivates new ideas and shares with leadership
  • Familiar with advertising video KPIs
  • Questions the norm and “the way things are”
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clear and concise messaging to management
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to write a story based on research, data, and learnings
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships amongst peers, partners, and clients
  • Identify, establish, outline, and follow best practices
  • Ability and willingness to train and upskill team members as needed
  • Patience to work through a ticket with internal and external parties to dig out and develop RCA
  • Receive and give generous feedback
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to read and understand sense of urgency when and where necessary
  • Prioritization and capability of handling multiple projects and requests/tasks

Salary:

Pay Range: $72,978.08 - $109,467.11

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
