MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Agile Facilitation Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams within the Solution Train, promoting Agile principles and values, and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices. Applies the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to ensure alignment, coordination, and delivery of value across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Fosters excellent collaboration with the Solution Train Engineer (STE), to ensure alignment of the ART with the Solution Train's objectives and ensure they align with business priorities.
  • Agile upskilling and level setting: aligns with the STE framework and takes the team to the necessary level in terms of Agile understanding and applicability in order to ensure alignment across the working model. Works closely with teams to help them improve their Agile practices, facilitate problem-solving, and guide them through the Agile process.
  • Leads efforts to utilize Agile and works with teams and organizations to help them adopt the appropriate methodologies, practices, and principles. This may include introducing Agile concepts, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and coaching teams on Agile best practices. Propagates Agile mindset for all levels: from team to management.
  • Team Empowerment: Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions while removing impediments that hinder progress.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication among team members, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Solution Train. Energize and drive team towards results.
  • Scrum Events: Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring they are well-organized and productive. Develops and maintains Agile artifacts such as product backlogs, user stories, and sprint backlogs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage and support teams in identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders, providing transparency into team performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact the Solution Train's objectives.
  • Stays up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, and make recommendations on how to incorporate them into the organization's Agile practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum Master certification.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and leading Agile teams. Minimum 5 years experience.
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its principles, Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills , to interact with teams, stakeholders, and leadership effectively, at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, critical-thinking abilities to address complex issues and dependencies.
  • A commitment to fostering a collaborative and Agile culture, focused on helping teams achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of software development processes and practices
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and handle ambiguity.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry best practices and SAFe updates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of RPA/AI/ML technology and the ability to engage in technical discussions, although not necessarily at a deep technical level.
  • BA or BS degree – A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often preferred, but experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Mastery in English is a must
