ABOUT THIS ROLE

Growth is the lifeblood of any organization. Within Advanced Compute Solutions (ACS)—part of HP’s PC division—the marketing team is looking to drive growth of our Z by HP brand of high-performance computers and software solutions.

As Growth Marketing Manager, ACS, you will help drive acquisition, experimentation, retention and engagement, and monetization. You will partner with product and several marketing teams, including worldwide marketing GTM, Media Activation, Optimization, and Data Science, to develop and execute growth strategies and tactics across organic and paid channels that accelerate the adoption of ACS products. In addition, the Growth Marketing Manager will support the Data Science/AI team in the development of marketing materials.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work closely and cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Insights, Go-to-Market, Media, Content, and Data Science to define the strategy, build scalable growth models, and deliver data-driven solutions that delight users and drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain core acquisition models for B2B products and services.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to create content to use in acquisition, engagement, and retention programs that map to the customer journey stages.
  • Continuously improve the acquisition models via rapid experimentation.
  • Forecast, measure, monitor, and report on the performance of growth models and campaigns against critical metrics such as marketing qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with and influence Product, Design, and Software teams to continuously optimize our acquisition, activation, and retention funnel and product onboarding experience.
  • Scale growth models to multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with Country Marketing teams to scale and manage implementation of acquisition models across relevant channels, both paid and organic.
  • Manage multiple marketing agencies to develop creative assets and messaging to engage and convert potential customers, including writing creative briefs, managing agency production, leading creative reviews, and overseeing timelines and budgets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Marketing Expertise: You have deep foundational experience and expertise in running multi-channel marketing campaigns within the Commercial / Enterprise / B2B segment with strong integrated marketing and account-based focus, with a minimum of 7 years experience.
  • End-to-End Connections Planning: You fundamentally understand the Customer Decision Journey and how best to build the best customer experience to delight and convert.
    • You will have architected orchestrated journeys for target accounts and account cohorts mapped to journey stages.
    • You will have created content and assets for account-based programs that maps to the stage of journey and account status.
  • Growth Expertise: You have 2+ years of demonstrated experience and expertise in building scalable and compounding growth models (ABM, demand capture, and/or Reforge) including one-to-many, one-to-few, and one-to-one and driving growth for B2B products and/or services.
    • Modern Accounts-Based and Growth Stack: You understand account-based and growth marketing technology stacks and have experience with tools such as Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
    • Performance Channels: You can analyze the performance of various performance channels such as SEM, Display, Native, and Paid Social across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
    • Nurture Programs: You can audit nurture programs across email, SMS, and other communication channels, and have experience in launching sophisticated automation based on triggers and segmentations.
    • Experimentation: You have experience in conducting A/B testing and are familiar with using experimentation tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, and VWO. Big plus if you have completed the Reforge Experimentation + Testing program.
  • Analytical Skills: You are comfortable with numbers and can analyze large data sets using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Google Analytics, Heap, Amplitude, etc. to extract key insights that inform your growth strategies and tactics.
  • Creative Development Skills: You will develop marketing materials to support the growth campaigns, potentially including video, digital ads, social ads, Search, thought leadership content, case studies, landing pages, etc. You will work with external and internal agencies to execute the creative vision.
  • Cross-functional Execution Skills: You develop effective cross-functional relationships and collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive the digital strategy for ABM (digital ads, paid social, content syndication, etc.). You also help build web experiences and/or landing page experiences for target accounts / cohorts.
