Job Description

Stakeholder and User Interaction:

• Involved in interacting with stakeholders, ensuring analytical pipelines are in alignment with overarching business objectives.
• Extract and formulate requirements from users, translating their needs into actionable algorithms and analytical improvements.

Advanced Data Analytics and visualization:

• Use R or Python to analyse and clean extensive datasets, ensuring actionable insights are extracted to optimize our algorithms.
• Business acumen to spot, investigate and solve – with the help of Data Engineers – business data quality issues.
• Analyse and integrate various factors impacting inventory and supply chain decisions into data science models.
• Generate meaningful dashboards to validate ML models and enable users to consume our ML outputs

Basic Qualifications:

• 4-6 years working experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or related field.
• Experience with Pyspark is a must.
• Being proficient in data ETL to fulfil and support previous tasks.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management or Distribution networks is a strong plus.
• Experience with Git and cloud-based notebooks are a plus.
• Project management skills: proficiency in dealing with projects under time constraints, following deadlines, raising tickets. Agile methodology is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: strong proficiency with data manipulation and acquainted with relevant tools, languages or libraries. Proficient in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Communication Skills: Capability to extract requirements from users and adeptly communicate intricate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
