Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Audience Data Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of data-driven strategies aimed at audience targeting. The role will be pivotal in monetizing third-party partnerships through targeted advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the advertising value chain, technology stack, digital advertising industry structure, and data marketplaces. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision, robust project management skills, and a proven track record in executing data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Opportunities: Actively identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential business opportunities and partnerships that can be monetized through targeted advertising campaigns, specifically focusing on audience data products.
  • Audience Data Product Development: Define the scope, business model and operating model for each identified opportunity. Develop comprehensive business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Audience Targeting: Determine the insights necessary for advanced audience targeting. Lead data collection and analysis, driving the development and execution of targeted advertising campaigns designed to monetize third-party partnerships.
  • Audience Data Product Management: Lead the end-to-end development of audience data products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the overall business model and strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute targeting campaigns.
  • Interaction Design and Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies for enhancing the user interface and overall customer experience for each audience data product. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure the products are user-friendly, intuitive and meet the needs of the target audience. Use customer feedback and data to continuously iterate and improve the user experience.
  • Campaign Performance Insights: Generate insights on the performance of campaigns through robust analysis and reporting. Use these insights to improve future campaign strategy and execution.
  • Scaling Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to prepare each audience data product to scale. Ensure that all necessary resources, processes, and systems are in place to support substantial growth.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Finance to ensure the successful launch and growth of each audience data product.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, strategic partnerships, or a similar role, preferably within a data marketplace or advertising setting.
  • Deep understanding of the advertising value chain, technology stack, and the industry structure for digital advertising.
  • Strong background in data analysis, with experience in developing and executing data-driven initiatives.
  • Proven skills in audience targeting and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $143,850.00 — $208,582.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
