Job Description

In the GTM analytics COE our mission is to deliver impact by building machine learning products to optimize pricing and marketing investments and provide guidance to our sales organization.

As a Scrum Master, you will be in a unique position to impact a wide range of AI/ML products and their successful deployment and use. You will work with the team to both support data delivery projects that directly affect the bottom line of HP.

What you will be doing:

• Lead agile ceremonies such as daily standup sessions, backlog refinement and retrospective meetings;
• Apply Design Thinking Methodologies when analyzing and proactively suggesting and testing improvements to the teams to calibrate based on need;
• Create customized processes and agile project plans based on user criteria and requirements while actively engaging on team’s feedback;
• Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented;
• Design and deploy updates and optimizations to the team’s strategy that significantly impact bandwidth reductions and transparency for roadmap planning;
• Foster professional development and growth for self and others – e.g., coaching and mentoring.

What you will need:

• Scrum-master or product owner certification with at least 4 years’ experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent;
• 4+ years’ experience leading an agile framework, change management and process improvement workstreams;
• Technical foundations in customer service / project delivery / quality assurance roles.

Nice to have:

• Advanced university degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years working with cloud-based tools (AWS/Azure/GCP), data analytics or equivalent certifications.
• Experience working with the OKR framework.
