Overview

Join our HP, Inc. team as a Marketing AI Program Manager and lead the charge in revolutionizing HP marketing with innovative AI solutions.

As a Marketing AI Program Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee the development and implementation of AI solutions that will transform our marketing organization from insights to strategy and from creation to analytics and optimization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and exceed internal customer expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the AI strategy with our overall marketing goals and vision. Responsibilities

  • Define requirements and manage the scope, timeline, budget, and quality of AI projects for marketing
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, marketing teams, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and vendors
  • Create and manage dashboards, timelines, and associate templates, which are communicated from the lowest to highest level of the organization
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and presentations as needed
  • Monitor and report on the progress, risks, issues, and dependencies of AI projects
  • Ensure that the AI solutions are aligned with the marketing objectives, customer needs, and industry best practices
  • Facilitate the adoption and integration of AI solutions into the marketing workflows and platforms
  • Evaluate and measure the impact and value of AI solutions for marketing
  • Identify and recommend new opportunities and improvements for AI innovation and optimization for marketing
  • Work with stakeholders to define needs, document the business case, and implement necessary process changes
  • Proactively identify opportunities for program and process improvements 

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex and large-scale AI or data-driven projects
  • Demonstrated history of success in leading large, complex marketing programs
  • Experience in technology industry preferred
  • PMP and PROSCI Certification preferred

Knowledge and skills

  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge and understanding and the ability to learn AI technologies, applications, and trends for marketing
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools
  • Ability to interface effectively with the management team and functional disciplines
  • Excellent influencing and consensus-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse, virtual cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in delivering presentations and communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Resilient during constant change and comfortable pivoting as business needs and priorities fluctuate
  • Passion and enthusiasm for AI and marketing innovation
