Job Description

Objective: Deliver and lead a key component of the strategic Dynamic Lead Time initiative that provides estimated delivery dates to customers prior to order entry. This functionality will also provide Sales and Category teams with published lead time information as well as alternative configurations to enable an overall more robust customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross functional Commerical, Supply Chain and Technology teams to define, prioritize and deploy key capabilities required to meet the program objectives.
  • Lead the development and prioritization of key business requirement documents for functionality needed.
  • Manage and organize team activities and provide updates to Program Manager related to progress, risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with MOC team to provide training and communication plan for relevant stakeholders and consumers of the solution.
  • Ensure workstream schedules are aligned to critical milestones of the program.
  • Drive the standardization of the solution and ensure sustainability of design
  • Monitor the delivery plan together with systems integrator to ensure timely delivery of functionality.
  • Drive progress looking for opportunities to streamline and standardize metrics and existing data points.
  • Conduct and lead workshops with SMEs and systems integrators to deep dive on key requirements.
  • Conduct implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change.

Education and Experience Required:

  • University degree, advanced university degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, statistical modeling and/or ML algorithms.
  • Knowledge of sales order management processes related to backorder processing, order cleansing, and/or allocations.
  • Experience in customer engagement, category and/or commercial teams.
  • Experience with IBP, aATP/gATP and/or S4.
  • Overall 10+ years of experience in a supply chain functions.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex data analysis and modeling.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
  • Excellent business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications, technologies, and emerging industry trends.
