Job Description

As a working student at HP, you will take responsibility for projects within our central European team right from the start. During your job, you will work on exciting projects for the market leader and support our customers and our solution architects in the sales of managed services and software solutions.

What awaits you?

• Support in the creation of managed service concepts (managed print and computing services) and business case calculations for our customers.

• Supporting automation projects for the Services Pursuit team.

• Recognizing automation opportunities in the Services Pursuit Team's everyday work.

• Taking on a project on sustainability in IT.

• Creation of offers based on customer-specific specifications.

• Comprehensive induction/training in the area of managed print & computing service concepts (DaaS).

• Close cooperation with various international support centers.

• Supporting sales and customer service representatives with tenders and general inquiries.

What do we expect?

• Student in business informatics, business administration or comparable field of study (valid certificate of matriculation).

• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (spoken and written).

• Good analytical knowledge and understanding of numbers (very good Excel skills).

• Confident use of standard office applications.

• Interested in topics such as automation, generative AI and BOT programming; Basic knowledge is an advantage.

• Good communication skills.

• Independent work.

• Quick comprehension.
