As the HR AI / Automation Strategy & Delivery Leader, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee the development and implementation of AI solutions that will transform our People Organization across the full talent experience. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of AI strategy and projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and exceed internal customer expectations. Collaborate within HR and with cross-functional teams to align the AI strategy with our overall HR goals and vision. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR AI and Automation strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of automation opportunities within HR processes, including recruitment, employee engagement, service delivery, talent management, etc..
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR needs and design AI solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform the continuous evolution of the HR AI and Automation strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR function through the implementation of AI technologies.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge AI solutions into HR processes.
  • Partner across HR and the enterprise to connect the dots and maximize our investments to deliver AI and automation.
  • Evaluate the ethical implications of AI applications in HR, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining a focus on fairness and diversity.
  • Partner with HR COEs to develop and deliver training programs to ensure HR teams are proficient in utilizing AI tools and technologies.
  • Partner on the development and implementation of a change initiative driving a digital HR with automation and artificial intelligence at its center
  • Leads, inspires, mentors, and develops HR team members, openly sharing knowledge and expertise to support and develop competence among the HR Systems team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing automation and AI strategies within the HR domain, including RPA, ML, and GenAI.
  • Experience developing and implementing an HR governance model for prioritizing automation and AI opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful automation and AI project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and a keen understanding of how AI can enhance these processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of core automation tools, including UI Path, Power Automate, ChatGPT, Automation Anywhere, among others
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with ethical considerations and compliance standards related to AI in HR.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to a rapidly changing technological landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
