Job Description

Responsibilities:  

User Adoption Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies for increased user adoption of HP's AI and data science software.
  • Analyze user behaviors to identify opportunities and drive product usage. Look between features to identify patterns to optimize the user experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance user experience and boost adoption.

 Network Effects Campaigns:

  • Leverage data insights to advise and collaborate on campaigns to leverage network effects for HP's software solutions.
  • Optimize digital strategies to encourage user referrals and community engagement.
  • Monitor key metrics for campaign success and refine for better effectiveness.

Performance Reporting for Growth:

  • Generate concise reports on user adoption metrics and engagement to support GTM strategies & initiatives.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of growth-focused marketing initiatives.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing user growth strategies.

Skills:

  • Data-Driven Analytics:
  • Proficient in utilizing data science tools to analyze user behavior and extract actionable insights.
  • Ability to translate data findings into strategic marketing decisions to drive user adoption.

AI and Machine Learning Acumen:

  • Capability to leverage AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and optimize user engagement.
  • Working understanding of data science, AI, and analytic workflows, tools, and approaches.
  • Preference: Understanding of AI and machine learning principles to implement predictive modeling for user behavior analysis.

Strategic Marketing Mindset:

  • Strategic thinking to align user adoption initiatives with overall product and business goals.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies for new tiers and offerings in the AI space.

Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and ABM campaigns.
  • Experience in supporting and/or managing campaigns that leverage network effects to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills:
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing teams.

Education: 

  • MBA Candidate with focus on: Growth Marketing with minors in data analytics, data science and/or AI.
  • Will have completed at least your bachelor’s degree prior to your anticipated start date with HP.
  • Preference to those with industry experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Growth Marketing in a SaaS enterprise or start-up.
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.

COL, NY, CA, WA – Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $38 — $48 hourly. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
