Job Description

Our Global Investigations team is looking for a Director, Investigative Data Analytics to serve as a leader within the IROCC (Investigative Risk and Operational Compliance Center), the central analytics function for Global Governance. This position will lead a team of data analysts who solve complex problems across diverse risk areas including internal investigations, online marketplace misconduct, consumer fraud, commercial corruption, and crimes against the business.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Driving a high-performance culture through effective operational management, real-time feedback to team members, and management of program metrics.
• Responding to real time individual case needs with urgency and offering ‘big picture’ insights that inform long term program strategy.
• Providing direction on analytical approaches and assessing the quality of team member deliverables.

• Building relationships with the appropriate Investigation, Compliance, Legal, and Business partners to identify trends, mitigate potential risks, and empower changes in corporate policy.
• Coordinating with technology teams that own applications and long-term storage (data lake, data warehouse) to gain access to data, enable team members, and remove roadblocks.

• Experience with languages?used?to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets?(e.g.?Python, R, SQL, etc.)?
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery
• Certifications in data privacy, information security, or data governance disciplines

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 5 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 7 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 2 years' supervisory experience.
