You’ll make an impact by:

• Formulating problems – Translate business problems in Last Mile to data-related solutions. 
• Evaluating and strengthening Last Mile Data Strategy - Stay two steps ahead by equipping yourself with latest industry research and insights that enable you to build a broader data stewardship strategy for Last Mile Delivery
• Upholding data governance – Through data governance, supporting execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, and identifying performance standards.
• Building cross-functional relationships - Build and manage relationships with key partners within Walmart that power the business forward.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a STEM major
• Technical/functional expertise in the following areas: analytics, statistical programming language, operations support (direct retail and / or consumer business experience is strongly preferred)
• Experience driving complex and/or cross-functional processes; strategic data planning experience preferred

Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
