YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering/ Information technology/ Computer science, or similar program
  • Total experience of 10+ years, with 5+ years as project/program manager in managing projects.
  • Knowledge and exposure to Engineering tools (ALM, DevSecOps & Software Development Tools) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project
  • Experience in leading projects with Agile practices and tool support knowledge
  • Exposure to Engineering processes and tools, Digital Transformation initiatives (AI, ML) and Tool Evaluation
  • Good to have:
  • PMP Certification, SAFE 4.0+ certification
  • Experience as a Business Analyst
