You will be part of the IT Information Management & Analytics team and in this role, you will work on the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Generative AI, Machine Learning and AI Cognitive Services enhanced business use cases. This Advanced AI Engineer role will work with the business stakeholders, IT business partners, functional consultants, and infrastructure/technology teams to deliver innovative AI technology solutions that accelerate digital transformation and drive operational efficiency as well as business growth. You will focus primarily on the full cycle delivery of AI/ML use cases from requirements/design to release, driving the evolution of AI/ML infrastructure/process, and enabling Intelligent Apps & Automation, AI Chatbots, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deploy advanced Generative AI large language models, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models/algorithms to enhance and/or automate existing business processes with predictive and intelligent decision making, content aggregation and contextualized insights.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to build production-level models and pipelines, including any required preprocessing of input datasets and postprocessing after model inference.
  • Processing, cleansing and verifying the integrity of structured and unstructured business data used for analysis.
  • Analyze large amount of information to discover underlying trends and patterns that are relevant for solving business problems. Select features and perform proper data transformation to optimize datasets for building the models.
  • Evaluate, visualize and communicate the AI/ML model results and correlation with business KPI’s.
  • Work in a startup-type environment to design and build innovative applications using Automation, Machine Learning/Cognitive Service, business / functional proofs-of-concepts to scalable, production ready solutions across a strategic business group
  • Actively lead, analyze and recommend highly complex business opportunities, through assessments/workshops, detailed data analysis/modeling and overall end-end solutioning to propose predictive, AI Driven solutions that drive the most business value with sustained impact.

The Data Scientist will be responsible for creating, updating, and deploying complex data sets to understand customer behavior, improve the customer experience, and drive adoption of Honeywell’s new digital platforms. The Data Scientist will also analyze both digital and non-digital data to provide actionable insights and present data-based recommendations and opportunities for driving new growth and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching, designing, implementing, and deploying full-stack scalable data analytics vision and machine learning solutions to challenge various business issues.
  • Leads prototyping (what–ifs) supporting pilot programs for R&D purposes.
  • Managing and mentoring the data science team
  • Lead data mining and collection procedures
  • Ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Review and approve methodologies used for advanced analysis projects (predictive models, clustering/segmentation, etc) for team.
  • Identifying opportunities for process effectiveness or cost savings
  • Manage data and analytics projects, delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions.
  • Ensuring data privacy and security in accordance with company policies and regulations

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 10 years of experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
  • Good knowledge of computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
  • WE VALUE
