Join a team developing groundbreaking next generation inertial and Alternative Navigation products for GPD-denied environments, as well as Aerial Autonomy products leveraging the latest advanced in MEMS inertial sensing and machine learning technologies. 

Your expertise in these technologies along with your ability to drive teams in agile environments will lead to success. Your ability to lead in complex environments while advocating for your team with senior leadership and achieving aggressive milestones will pave the way for increased responsibility and advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will work with a multi-disciplined team of experts on pathfinding technology implementations for next generation Alternative Navigation products
  • Responsible for conducting research, development and demonstration of advanced technology that will result in new technologies
  • You will be responsible for developing new concepts and technologies, and showing that they work
  • Help drive growth as a technology expert through interfaces with internal and external customers and partners
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities that require quick adaptation

Role can be based out of Redmond, WA or Plymouth, MN

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The salary range for this position is $130,00 - $160,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. (salary range in Redmond, WA may vary from salary range in Plymouth, MN)

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Graduate Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Robotics
  • 5+ years relevant experience

WE VALUE

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in Engineering
  • Industry experience with navigation technologies
  • Proven ability to lead execution of assigned projects
  • Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
  • High level programming skills (Python, C++, Matlab/Simulink)
  • Ability to solve complex problems through analysis and innovation\
  • Experience with (any or some) of the following is valuable:
    • Idded systems (Ex: NVIDIA Jetson series, FPGAs)
    • Additional Sensors (EO/IR Cameras, LIDAR, Event Cameras, etc\
    • Filteri
    • nertial Sensors and IMUs
    • Navigation or autonomy algorithms (Ex: Strapdown Navigation)
    • Dynamic systems or control systems (Ex: Aircraft or robotic motion simulation, control law design)
    • Embe
    • ng technologies: Kalman Filters, Particle Filters, Factor Graphs
