Job Description

Support the development of IT strategy and provide effective project management expertise for IT. You will support IT leaders to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery. You will work with global project teams to deliver technology projects of varying size and complexity. You will plan and organize all project activities, interface with internal and external partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. You will support resource availability and allocation, identify risks and manage change to deliver effective project management and tracking

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects within the portfolio to ensure successful execution and delivery of project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with individual project managers to define roadmaps, project plans, and prioritize work based on business needs and priorities.
• Coordinate and facilitate regular communication with project teams, stakeholders, and business partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Standardize processes and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects and portfolios.
• Work closely with individual project managers to ensure proper standards and guidelines are adhered to in project execution.
• Identify risks and issues, and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Remove roadblocks and provide guidance to project teams to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to implement effective communication and training plans, value realization models, and drive adoption of project deliverables.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure successful project outcomes and value realization.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams towards successful project delivery
• Experience in change management and driving adoption of project deliverables
• Any understanding of AI /Large language models will be beneficial
• Project management methodologies: Water fall, Agile
• Project management tools: Jira, Smart sheet, Power point
• Strong experience with Software Development life cycle and leading technology projects
• Influencing skills

WE VALUE

• PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred
• Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
