Job Description

  • Data Analysis and Modeling: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, including customer behavior, sales trends, product performance, and market dynamics. Develop and maintain complex data models to extract insights and identify patterns using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms. Sales Analytics; Utilize historical data, market research, and other factors to develop accurate analytics forecasts and projections.
  • AI Integration and Automation: Explore and apply AI techniques, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, to enhance sales analytics capabilities. Develop algorithms and models to automate repetitive tasks, improve sales forecasting accuracy, and provide real-time insights to sales teams.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management. Support the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools like CRMA, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance against targets and objectives. Identify areas of improvement and work with sales teams to develop action plans to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales teams, marketing, finance, and other departments to foster collaboration and alignment. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, providing guidance and support to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in sales analysis. Seek opportunities for professional development and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Overall, a sales analyst plays a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance by analyzing data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales data sources and structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • 3+ years experience in analytics role
  • 2+ years experience with data visualization tools (E.g. Tableau, PowerBI, CRMA)
