Position Responsibilities: 

  • Work with business unit stakeholders to develop and sustain analytics solutions
  • Conducts evaluation, validation and continuous performance monitoring of supported applications, models and analyses
  • Helps setup of data and modeling pipelines
  • Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
  • Champions culture of quality, learning, trust, and collaborative energy
  • Performs defined data analytics tasks to meet business objectives
  • Assess performance of models and analysis and confirm that business objectives were met
  • Identify and refer to senior analysts new algorithms for the analysis of data to address project requirements
  • Assist in evaluating the performance of data analysis algorithms
  • Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment
  • Knowledge in data analysis algorithms (e.g. data mining, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing, text mining, visual analytics)
  • Design and create new algorithms for the analysis of data to address project requirements
  • Evaluate the performance of data analysis algorithms
  • Select and apply algorithms to meet application requirements

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience in Data analytics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using or applying statistical and mathematical concepts to measure performance against projects to ensure a high quality delivery
  • Great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced production environment
  • Programming experience in Python
  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., R) and database languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Strong team player and passion to execute projects with a focus on customer and value
  • Bachelors or Master’s in a computer science, economics, quantitative finance, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or related field of engineering
  • Demand forecasting and/or data simulation experience

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
