Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Data Science and Analytics Manager (Level K) to join the Supply Chain Operations, Functional Excellence team based out of Everett, Washington.

The successful candidate will help to drive transformation of the organization by providing real time insights for complex business problems to improve and aide supply chain team's decision-making process. You will contribute as a leader alongside Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts, Data Scientists, System & Process specialists and work closely with the business to deliver solutions that enable Boeing Company to deliver safer, better and more efficient airplanes and product.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees performing data science and analytics.
  • Develops and completes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides vision, oversight, and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 80% onsite, and 20% telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in an informal or formal leadership position
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics
  • 3+ years of experience working with databases

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, guiding and leading teams
  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • 1+ years of experience in Project or Program Management
  • 1+ years of experience with Agile software development practices, preferably trained in SAFe
  • 1+ years of experience in a role that requires knowledge of the extract, transform and load (ETL) process

Relocation:

Summary pay range: $152,150-$205,850
