Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our business in Dallas, TX. This organization supports all value streams within the supply chain distribution organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Establish partner relationships with business focal
- Design enterprise metrics and governing practice
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business functions (Accounting, Finance, Inventory Planning, Supplier Management, Warehouse, Sales)
- Estimate level of effort and timeline for project deliverables
- Take ownership of deliverables and coordinate development efforts with the team
- The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with business acumen to support business areas such as finance, accounting, supplier management and inventory planning
- Must understand concept such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, COPA
- Familiarity with SAP process flows for Sales Order and Purchase Order processing (T-codes, SAP screens) - SAP BOBJ Reporting
- Working knowledge of ETL processes to support reporting requirements of other business units
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Familiar with SCOR model
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery
- Experience with Agile principles and gathering User Stories
- Familiarity with creating dashboards such as Purchase Order processing, Inventory Management, On Time Delivery metrics
- Experience in developing metrics from scratch and asserting proper governance to maintain integrity and confidence with the business
- Develop complex SQL queries
- Familiarity with creating dashboards with visualization tools like Tableau, Tibco Spotfire
- Strong familiarity with SAP table structures (ECC modules)
- Strong expertise in creating and validating data models
- Experience in creating Ad-hoc/Structured reports using SAP BOBJ Reporting toolset (Web Intelligence, Crystal Enterprise)
Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master +7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)
