Job Description
Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Principal Researcher.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop NLP models and algorithms for Human Computer Interaction applications
- Develop and evaluate new algorithms and techniques for improving the accuracy and performance of NLP models and their applications on the HCI problems
- Collaborating with other engineers, designers, and researchers to integrate the NLP solutions into user-friendly and interactive applications and prototypes
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of NLP and LLMs
Job requirements
What you’ll bring to the team:
- PhD. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and deploying NLP solutions using LLMs or other deep learning frameworks
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques, as well as experience in applying these techniques to NLP problems
- Proficiency in Python and at least one of the following languages: Java, C++, or JavaScript
- Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, or spaCy
- Experience with large-scale NLP datasets and language models is an asset
- Experience in working with conversational agents or chatbots is an asset
- Contribution to open-source NLP projects or research publication in top-tier NLP conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, or NAACL is an asset
