Job Description

Our team has an immediate permanent opening for an Algorithm Expert.

Responsibilities:

• Design prompts in specific scenarios, build high-quality prompt datasets and improve the effect of pre-trained models in the scenario.
• Design and develop core algorithms for AI cloud services, or develop AI systems for reinforcement learning.
• Optimize the algorithm and system in the reinforcement learning direction, and ensure that the precision, speed, and scalability indicators lead.
• Track cutting-edge AI algorithms and design and implement innovative solutions.

Job requirements

What you'll bring to the team:

• Be familiar with the theory of reinforcement learning algorithms, distributed framework, computing clusters, and business implementation. Experience in in-depth optimization is preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, at least one AI framework in TensorFlow/PyTorch/Ray, and common software design modes. Rich project experience is preferred.
• Have strong experience in AI platform engineering optimization, be able to combine AI business scenarios, algorithms, and systems, and quickly support market projects.
• Familiarity with AI hardware (such as GPU and Davinci chips), AI operator acceleration library, and distributed AI systems are preferred. Be good at optimizing AI performance in the full stack from the perspective of SysML.
• Papers published at top-level conferences or ranked in relevant top-level competitions are preferred.
