Job Description
Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Staff Researcher.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement academic & applied research in machine learning, NLP, and Large-scale conversation pre-training models with a collaborative team of researchers.
- Fulfill the technical requirement of mobile product development.
- Use your deep understanding of AI technology to solve technical problems, collaborate with junior researchers and product development teams in the world and transfer your ideas into solutions in the next generation of Huawei mobile products.
Job requirements
What you'll bring to the team:
- PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise and industry experience in machine learning, NLP, Large-scale conversation pre-training models etc.
- Have established yourself in the research communities and/or in the industry with a proven track of record in academic/industry publications (ACL, ICLR, AAAI, COLING、ICML and NeurIPS etc.).
- Solid programming skills with C++ and/or Java and/or Python.
- Experience with Android or other mobile systems is an asset.
- Creative, collaborative, and innovation-focused.
