Job Description

Noah's Ark Lab is seeking a talented ML researcher to join our Graph Deep Learning team. Researchers in this role will apply cutting-edge research to solve impactful real-world problems, publish at top-tier conferences, and invent patents.

• Research and develop innovative ML models with applications on graph structured data (such as social/transaction/telecommunication networks, recommender systems, and dynamic and knowledge graphs)
• Apply your research and implement optimized algorithms for real-world problems that affect relations of millions of entities (users, products, persons, or transactions)
• Publish at top-tier ML conferences, file high-value patents, and write scientific technical reports
• Contribute to the design, implementation, test, and maintenance of research and development frameworks
• Collaborate with researchers and developers across teams and projects

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or a related technical field (or Master’s with related research experience and publications)
• 2+ years of research and development experience; good understanding of machine learning problems and methods (supervised/self-supervised/semi-supervised learning)
• Good theoretical knowledge and methodological experience in the deep learning research-and-development cycle: literature review, model formulation and development, training, testing, monitoring, fine-tuning, and quantitative/qualitative analysis
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g. Python); Good understanding of basic data structures and computational algorithms; strong AI/ML coding skills; experience in deep learning/machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Theano, and/or Scikit-learn)
• Excellent team working, technical writing and presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
