We, the BMW Group, offer you an exciting master's thesis in the area of ​​drivetrain quality management and CloudDataHub.

What awaits you?

• The aim of the master's thesis is to make the data from the preventive risk method FMEA accessible to other applications in the CloudDataHub.
• As part of the master's thesis, a simplified database structure is to be developed into which prepared and pre-analyzed data from an existing complex database is transferred to enable quick and easy access to FMEA data.
• To visualize the data (content and Q-metrics), dashboards should be created in Confluence/with Palantir, Foundry.
• You will work in the quality management and digitalization department at BMW AG and gain insights into drive development.
• You will open up a network and gain experience in the system network of the different development areas of the drive process chain.

What are you bringing with you?

• Study of computer science or engineering or a business administration course.
• Programming knowledge, ideally in the area of ​​Confluence with Palantir, Foundry.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases, user experience.
• Basic knowledge of FMEA.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
