We analyze vehicle data and present it in such a way that decision-makers can make data-based decisions. As a center of competence for data analytics and science in customer support, we support specialist departments in setting up data-driven applications and innovations in our area.

What awaits you?

• Explore, analyze and understand data from vehicles, dealerships, logistics and other areas of customer support.
• Create data models from a wide variety of sources and formats.
• Create visualizations that explain problems and show options for action.
• Write technical documentation.
• Present your results to stakeholders and decision makers.
• You have the opportunity to advance your creative ideas from brainstorming to the end product

what do you bring

• A bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in science, computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in data visualization and modeling, preferably in Qlik Sense or AWS Quicksight.
• Knowledge of common concepts in data visualization and statistics.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Basic knowledge of the Python programming language and of packages such as pandas.
• Knowledge and experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS services, is an advantage.
• Knowledge of vehicle data is highly appreciated.
• A high motivation to expand your knowledge in the field of data analytics and business intelligence.
• Language skills in German and English from C1 level.
