At the Autonomous Driving Campus (ADC) in Unterschleißheim, you will develop solutions in the fields of simulation and virtual validation for development projects in automated driving for the BMW Group.

What awaits you?

• You design the simulation architecture for the virtual test and validation and define relevant interfaces.
• You will work out their requirements across departments and act as a representative in public committees.
• You build networks and inspire colleagues and partners for standardization.
• You are responsible for further development with modern process models (large-scale scrum in a multi-project environment), both in internal teams and with external suppliers.
• Furthermore, with your know-how and commitment, you strengthen cross-departmental networking and standardization for modern IT methods.

what do you bring

• Degree in computer science, mathematics or a comparable course.
• Extended experience in standardization in the field of highly and fully automated driving (e.g. OpenDRIVE, OpenSCENARIO, FMI, etc.).
• Extended methodological competence for simulation, requirements management and test management.
• Extended experience in leading and supporting large software development projects, especially experience with IT products and processes.
• Extended competence in working with suppliers/IT partners, as well as universities and other automobile manufacturers.
• Competence in the field of statistics and mathematical modelling.
• Proficient in German and English.
