We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting internship in the area of data science.

What awaits you?

• At the BMW Group, you will find a diverse and interesting range of tasks with the opportunity to work out solutions independently.
• You will support a highly motivated team in the pre-development of Lithium-Ion-Cells for battery electric vehicles.
• Collect requirements, implement data preparation pipelines, and visualize and analyze the production data of our plants.
• Work with state-of-the-art technologies (IoT, Streaming, Serverless Services, Big Data).
• Bring in your skills and ideas for data-driven solutions.
• Gain insights into the production of battery cells and electric mobility.

What should you bring along?

• Computer Scientists / Mathematicians / Data Scientists or similar.
• Good knowledge of Python.
• Experience with JavaScript and its frontend frameworks (Angular, React) is desirable but not necessary.
• Expertise in Spark is a plus.
• You are able to work independently and responsibly. You have very good organizational and communication skills.
