In our team in the area of ??overall vehicle development at BMW Motorrad, everything revolves around the requirements placed on a vehicle. In the important future field of digitization requirements management, we are looking for reinforcement in the field of data analytics.

What awaits you?

• Organization and implementation of data analyzes on various aspects of customer usage behavior of BMW motorcycles.
• Preparation, presentation and discussion of the analysis results in various working groups and project committees.
• Further development of the existing and design of new processes for data evaluation and analysis from various data sources.
• Determination of the need for changes to data sources and provision.
• Coordination of the necessary measures with the departments involved, as well as demanding and driving the implementation.
• Coordination and exchange with the data analysis network at BMW passenger cars.
• Budget planning for data analysis.
• Participants in the cross-departmental data analysis rounds.
• Regular reports and, if necessary, escalation of the implementation status in the relevant project and development committees.

what do you bring

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Expert knowledge in the field of data analysis, processing of analysis results, storytelling with data.
• Sound knowledge for the analysis, evaluation and documentation of customer data externally and internally (e.g. DE results).
• Sound knowledge of the tools Python (including various libraries), Tableau, SQL.
• Preferably knowledge of interpreting the driving behavior of motorcycles.
• Business fluent German and very good English skills required.
