Anticipating future drivers' expectations and meeting them with intelligent experiences is the challenge of the AI-based vehicle functions team within BMW Group Research. We strive to create immersive prototypes of a personalized, location- & context-aware mobility experience.

What awaits you?

• In pursuit of the treasures in our geospatial data, you will find and visualize them for our stakeholders using your data science, -engineering and machine learning skills.
• You develop analytics software and operate ML pipelines producing foundational models and data products for an intelligent user experience.
• You enhance our software architecture and cloud infrastructure with hands-on development based on your development, cloud and ML expertise.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as data scientist, -engineer or Machine Learning expert.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based data science, ML-practices, and frameworks, esp. Python, Dask, AWS, ELK-Stack, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Experience in visualizing data, analyzing results and communicating highlights to different stakeholders.
• Experience in project management.
• Business-fluent English, German would be a plus.
