Job Description

You will

• Manage and guide data science and data engineering elements of AI projects
• Set a strategic direction for data identification, collection and qualification activities
• Present reports and findings to senior level technical and non-technical audiences
• Analyzing linguistic data to identify, design and implement improvements
• Implement new technologies in a production environment with product, IT, and data engineering teams
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to leverage company data to drive business solutions
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
• Providing linguistic guidance to support multiple projects

Your Skills

• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts and experience with applications
• Demonstrated ability in speech technology (ASR/TTS/STT)
• Detail-oriented approach to handling large datasets, including ability to identify edge-cases
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
• Statistical and data science programming skills, such as Python, R, SQL
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
• Knowledge of phonetics and phonology
• Coding knowledge and experience with several languages

• Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment
• Beneficial: experience working with VoiceBot projects and ChatBot projects
• experience as data linguist/data scientist with artificial intelligence
• Willingness to travel internationally

Languages

• English (fluent)
• German basics as a plus
• Spanish as a plus
• Any other language as a plus
